Colombia Project
PEOPLE. COFFEE. PLACE.
Finca el Encanto and Manzanares

Guerrilla’s Colombia Project began in late 2018 with a conversation over coffee and an introduction to Lorena Bermudez and her family’s connection to coffee farming in Colombia.
In May 2019, Guerrilla visited the farm in Manzanares. The project explored farm practices and processing methods, and the relationship between the people growing coffee and the people roasting and drinking it in Australia.
A connection at origin
The project’s story centres on Ramiro, his family and their coffee, and on building connections between producers in the Manzanares region and coffee roasters.
This page shares the historical beginnings of the Colombia Project. For questions about the project today or coffees currently available, get in touch with Guerrilla.
