Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship within Australia. For overseas delivery, email hello@guerrillaroasters.com before ordering to discuss whether delivery can be arranged and the applicable charges.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs AUD $12.95. Free standard shipping applies to eligible one-time orders with a merchandise subtotal of AUD $150 or more. This automatic offer cannot be combined with other discounts and does not cover express shipping. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Dispatch is when an order leaves us and is separate from carrier delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Subscriptions

Applicable subscription shipping charges are shown when you subscribe. The one-time-order free-shipping offer above does not apply to subscriptions. Review shipping and the recurring total before confirming your subscription.

Delivery questions

For an address correction, delivery delay or missing parcel, email hello@guerrillaroasters.com with your order number. We will help investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
