Information and purposes
When you browse, order, subscribe or contact us, our store and service providers handle information needed for those interactions. This includes contact and delivery details, billing and payment information, products and purchase options, order history, subscription details, marketing preferences and messages you send us. Shopify and enabled integrations also handle technical and activity information, including IP address, browser, operating system, general location and interactions with the store.
We use information to run the store, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, manage subscriptions, answer enquiries and order issues, maintain business records and support marketing and measurement. If necessary order information is not provided, we may be unable to fulfil an order.
Shopify, payments and subscriptions
Shopify provides our online store and checkout. The payment services available to you are shown at checkout; your selected provider handles information required for the payment under its own privacy terms. We use Appstle for recurring purchases and our subscription portal. Its integration can access customer contact, order and device/activity information to support its services. Service providers and delivery services receive the information needed for their role.

MailerLite and email
We use MailerLite for email marketing. Our Shopify integration is configured to synchronise all customers into a Shopify Customers group, rather than synchronising only newsletter opt-ins. Its permissions include customer contact details, orders, products and device/activity data. Synchronisation and permission to receive marketing are distinct.
Our website offers an email newsletter signup and checkout offers an optional news-and-offers choice. MailerLite campaign reporting measures email opens and link clicks. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link and confirmation flow in an email, or contact hello@guerrillaroasters.com. Marketing preferences are separate from communications needed to manage orders or subscriptions. Unsubscribing is also separate from asking for deletion of information. Cookies, activity and Shopify network features
The store uses Shopify and enabled integrations, including the MailerLite Universal storefront embed. Cookies and similar technologies support store functions and can support activity measurement, personalisation and advertising-related processing. Browser cookie controls may affect site functionality and do not necessarily control every provider’s processing.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify can combine customer information with information from other Shopify merchants and interactions to improve services, personalise experiences and support advertising. Shopify explains its processing and available choices in its consumer privacy policy and privacy portal.
Administration and overseas processing
The store has Shopify ChatGPT MCP App and Shopify Claude Connector App installed for administration. These integrations have permission to access customer contact and device/activity information. Their permissions describe available access, not proof that every available record has been transferred.
Information may be processed outside Australia. Shopify identifies this store’s data-hosting location as the United States. Other service providers explain their own processing locations in their privacy information; our store is not represented as Australian-only hosting.
Records, requests and concerns
Order, subscription and related business records may need to be retained to provide services, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. You can email hello@guerrillaroasters.com to ask about information we hold, request access or correction, ask for deletion or raise a privacy concern. We may need information to verify and understand your request. Available rights and any retention obligations depend on the circumstances and applicable law; deletion may not be possible for every record.
