Cancellation policy

Recurring orders

When you choose a subscription, you authorise repeat orders and payments according to the price, delivery frequency and applicable shipping charges shown when you subscribe. Check those details before completing checkout. Your subscription continues until cancelled in accordance with your selected purchase terms.

Manage your subscription

Visit our subscription portal and enter the email address used for your subscription to request a secure access link. No account password is needed. You can cancel, pause, resume or skip a future order using the portal. For help or other changes, email hello@guerrillaroasters.com.

Cancellation and timing

Make a cancellation, pause or skip before the next recurring payment is processed. Check your next order date in the portal and make changes promptly. Cancelling future renewals does not itself cancel an order that has already been charged or dispatched. Contact us about that order and see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Shipping and order totals

Applicable shipping charges form part of your recurring order total. Our subscription system calculates shipping using Shopify rates and refreshes those rates before recurring orders. Review the resulting total when changing your subscription details. The one-time-order free-shipping offer does not apply to subscriptions.

Problems and consumer rights
