Founded in Moruya in 2018
Mathew Hatcher and Lewis McKenzie founded Guerrilla Roasters in 2018 with the idea of roasting the best coffee they could get their hands on.
Guerrilla is a small batch roaster with a focus on quality and on the connection between coffee at the farm and coffee in the cup.

Our story includes coffees sourced through Project Origin and the beginnings of our Colombia Project with the Bermudez family in Manzanares. Those connections are part of the story behind the coffees we explore.
