A full-bodied Yellow Bourbon from small producers in the Carmo de Minas area. This natural-process coffee has a sweet profile of chocolate, hazelnut and raisin, with citrus and a little earthiness. Roast it for milk coffee, on its own or as part of a blend. The final cup depends on your roast and brew.
