Coffee cherry skins, brewed as tea.

Cascara is the dried skin of the coffee cherry, collected after the beans are removed and dried in the sun. Brew it hot, or chill the brewed tea for 12 hours and serve over ice.

How to brew: steep 5g cascara in 300ml water at 99°C for 5 minutes, then strain.
