A 100g filter-roasted release of Coffea liberica from My Liberica in Kulai, Johor. This experimental anaerobic natural lot has an unusual profile, with yellow tropical fruit and rooibos alongside white miso, sweet tobacco, cabernet, leather and crème brûlée.

Suggested filter recipe

15g coffee to 225g water at 89°C. Bloom with 45g for 30 seconds, then make three 60g pours, allowing the water to drain between pours.
